What might your day look like with us?

    • Support our HR business partners nationally, managing the end to end recruitment process, working alongside our various business units to build and nurture our talent communities with robust, cost effective sourcing strategies.
    • Provide insights, direction and recommendations on how to best engage and approach local and international talent for your respective Business Unit(s) and ensuring that priorities are being met.
    • Being an SME on our ATS (Lever), to provide a high quality service to our candidate’s, showcasing Deloitte’s brand positioning and employee value proposition effectively to demonstrate why we’re an employer of choice for experienced and graduates in New Zealand.
    • Play an integral part in building upon an existing culture of inclusion, integrity, respect and support for our team, and others within the business, consistently looking to share ideas and learn continuously.
    • Adopting and continuously evolving policies and processes in respect to our initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, mobility, digital adoption and best practice solutions that meet the needs of our business.
    • Play an active role in relationship management internally and externally, with agency vendors.
    • From time to time, end to end project management for the talent acquisition team, introducing new policies, processes, technology and other talent related initiatives from ideation through to realisation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    • At least 5 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Recruitment Consultant or similar role within a professional services, consulting or agency/RPO industry. Experience recruiting for technology, cyber security, audit and/or financial services is an asset.
    • Understands the full internal recruitment value chain and maximises the use of an ATS to engage with candidates (Lever ATS experience is a big plus, but we will teach).
    • A keen interest in digital marketing and social media strategy, employer branding, sourcing strategy, talent pipelining and recruitment best practice will also go a long way!
    • Good financial and commercial acumen with a developing business partnering skillset in a Talent Acquisition function.
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Must be an open and credible communicator and networker with the ability to quickly to establish rapport with people at all levels.
    • Inquisitive nature - you’re always looking for opportunities to learn, innovate and adapt, but also looking share knowledge to develop self and others to challenge the status quo.
    • A self-starter with good administrative and organisational skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
