The opportunity:

    • The Senior Creative Designer will be an integral member of the Design team, helping produce high-level creative material to help the business build client relationships and win proposals through creative and compelling solutions.
    • This role will work under the direction of the Design Manager, Partners and Directors and will be responsible for upholding global brand standards as well as mentoring and guiding other designers. 

Day to day you will:

    • Work closely with members of the Design Team to develop creative solutions to support client requirements.
    • Work with members of the wider firm at a national and local level, producing collateral such as, but not limited to, client proposals, reports, presentations, marketing material, internal documentation, filming, editing of videos and other creative solutions.
    • Produce quality design work that gets noticed and adheres to KPMG brand guidelines.
    • Be a brand ambassador for others across the business by actively encouraging and supporting the use of the KPMG brand elements, templates and guidelines across the firm, and managing brand imagery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development.

What you'll bring to our team:

    • 5+ years of professional design experience preferably in a corporate environment
    • Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro)
    • High performance with strong creative and innovative design skills
    • Working knowledge of industry trends, design software and emerging technologies
    • A broad and varied background demonstrating a diverse range of design projects across a variety of mediums and channels
    • Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects
    • A high level of professionalism
    • Experience working in a PC environment (Windows 10).
