We deliver world-class collaboration by blending these capabilities into a range of services supported by relevant subject matter experts. As part of the Innovation team, you will help us to balance your business know-how with digital and technology knowledge, to enable cross teams’ collaboration and bringing to the table new ways of thinking. 

The Opportunity

    • Our newly created Innovation Hub team needs a manager with a diverse set of skills that can be applied in areas such as: problem solving, workshop facilitation, research and project management. Someone that can lead stakeholders through a unique experience, driving insight, acceleration, genuine transformation breakthroughs and ultimately, performance.
    • As a Manager in our Innovation team, you’ll be part of a fast-growing practice with a strong global network, working on projects that make a real difference to New Zealand using state of the art methodology and technology.

Day to day you will:

    • Manage and develop executive level client sponsor relationships
    • Act as a Lead Facilitator or expert Co-facilitator driving the design and facilitation of complex, high profile collaborative events and/ or sprints in physical, virtual and hybrid formats
    • Actively sell and promote Innovation Hub services internally and externally
    • Lead the development and delivery of Innovation Hub-related content within high profile client pitches, bids and proposals
    • Build on and improving Innovation Hub approaches to event scoping, design, and delivery. Using strategic or design thinking to support effective event design.
    • As part of the Innovation Hub Leadership Team, you will support the strategic development of the Innovation Hub and team
    • Embosom Innovation services effectively into specific, identified, priority KPMG teams as well as key service offering areas
    • Develop and coach members of the Innovation Hub team and pro-actively contribute to the ongoing learning and development culture within the Innovation Hub team
    • Actively promote the Innovation hub internally – increasing visibility, identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and driving pipeline

What you'll bring to our team:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field such as Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business issues into potential solutions
    • Extensive consulting experience demonstrating commerciality, effective stakeholder management, senior relationship building, core consulting skills and critical thinking
    • Experience in designing and delivering virtual, hybrid and face to face client facing workshops or events, prototyping and proposals
    • Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, Innovate and challenge the status quo by introducing new ideas and concepts to the team
