In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of NZ’s largest clients in a range of industries to enhance their Identity and cyber security posture.What will your typical day look like?Due to the nature of our work, there is no typical day. Some of the things you might work on include:·        Advising a range of stakeholders that span both business and technical, to help them achieve their outcomes while doing so in a safe and secure way. ·        Helping clients to implement a variety of improvements to address existing cyber security risks.  ·        Analysing technical architectures and designs to identify ways to reduce risks and to make the solution more secure and resilient. ·        Developing information security strategies, policies, procedures, in line with industry best practices.·        Upskilling yourself in new technology, cyber-attacks and techniques.·        Apply the latest security techniques, tools and trends to organisations to help them in cloud adoption, digital working, automation, networking and/or application development.·        Help to share knowledge and learnings to continuously develop colleagues and a culture that aligns to Deloitte’s core values, making an impact that matters, all while delivering exceptional client service. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:·        1 - 4 years of proven experience within the cyber security industry.·        Experience with NZ Public Sector is preferred.·        An understanding of industry standards and good practices such as NZISM, ISO, NIST, PSR, OWASP·        Ability and willingness to work across other Cyber Security domains including, cyber incident response practices, cloud security, DevSecOps, security testing and privacy, cyber advisory, IAM cyber strategy.·        Experience in performing Certification & Accreditation activities for NZ Government.·        An outcomes focused mindset who can comfortably translate business requirements into deliverable actions that meet or exceed client expectations. ·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team·        Experience working in consulting/professional services environment.·        Excellent command on English, spoken and written, as report writing, and presentations are a core part of the position. ·        Appropriate certifications and qualifications in IT Security or Computer Science will be highly beneficial.
