Business Support Administrator - Consulting Graduate - Feb 2022 Start

KPMG New Zealand is part of the international KPMG network and is passionate about providing the best audit, tax and advisory services to clients.  The Consulting Design team at KPMG supports the Consulting division nationally, producing multi-discipline material for business development and proposals, client deliverables, marketing and communications, campaigns and creative design. The purpose of Business Support Graduate is to provide assistance to the wider Consulting team utilising our internal SAP system to ensure engagement codes, realisation and billing management is accurate. You'll understand how Consulting works from the ground up and the role will give you an insight into how a Management Consultant operates at KPMG

    • Good business application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Day to day you will:

    • Review engagement codes on a regular basis for Work In Progress (WIP) adjustments and closures
    • Provide financial management training sessions to new joiners on a regular basis
    • Run reports on Business Development codes and update Engagement Partners
    • Assistance in providing ad hoc reports (revenue reports, engagement reports, client specific reports) when requested
    • Communicate with team members and managers
    • Perform administrative tasks relating to relevant tools and systems
