The Compliance Analyst ensures that Pax8 operations and procedures comply with industry standards, guidelines, regulations, and ethical expectations of all relevant industry compliance requirements. They ensure everyone at Pax8 adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, while performing regular audits of business procedures and processes to ensure compliance.
Essential Responsibilities(includes, but is not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements to current risk management controls, throughout the enterprise</li>
<li>Evaluate controls, business processes and systems by interacting with other departments to ensure that all business operations align with business policies and industry standards </li>
<li>Assess systems (e.g., IT systems audit; information security evaluation) and provide compliance reporting for external auditors, regulatory authorities, joint venture partners, etc.</li>
<li>Interact with internal and external auditors on matters related to audits of Pax8’s internal controls</li>
<li>Train and educate internal stakeholders and external partners on appropriate governance, risk, and compliance measures</li>
<li>Keep current on changing industry standards and regulatory requirements relating to Pax8 business operations</li>
<li>Advise senior leadership on business operations relating to governance, risk, and compliance</li>
</ul>
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
<ul>
<li>At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience with external/internal audit and internal controls</li>
<li>Experience examining and improving financial internal controls, regulatory compliance, operating practices, and IT General Controls</li>
<li>Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC, SOX audits is desired</li>
<li>Familiar with Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based technology</li>
<li>Ability to cultivate innovation by creating new and better ways for Pax8 to be successful</li>
<li>Excellent planning and project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage complex situations to solve problems</li>
<li>Ability to optimize work processes, with a focus on continuous improvement</li>

Position Summary:

We are looking for high-energy, driven professional with a vast degree of IT business expertise, strong technical ability and a natural sales instinct to join our SaaS Team as a Security Solutions Sales Consultant. In this position you will be managing the Cloud Security sales activities with our partner base. Your goal is to drive and exceed monthly sales goals while keeping your pipeline full and growing the number of active partners consuming security solutions with your world class consulting expertise.
 


<h3>Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor team's business opportunities and provide support on technologies of their focus</li>
<li>Engage with Channel Account Manager on key accounts and strategic deals</li>
<li>Speak to and present Security options provided at Pax8</li>
<li>Share Knowledge based development information on security services</li>
<li>Partner with Pro Services and PSE Leadership during weekly meetings</li>
<li>Management of overall Security Sales Pipeline</li>
<li>Sales Forecasting- Thirty- and Sixty-Day projections</li>
<li>Participation in Organizational planning and staffing</li>
<li>Achieving monthly sales goals</li>
<li>SalesForce Dashboard accuracy</li>
</ul>


<h3>Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:</h3>
<ul>
<li>3-5+ years of direct sales experience in a sales executive role or equivalent, preferably in a product focused realm</li>
<li>B2B environment.</li>
<li>1-3+ years of Security SaaS (Software as a Service) experience</li>
<li>Experience selling solutions such as Webroot, BSN, Bitdefender, IRONSCALES. Proofpoint, SentinelOne, etc. strongly preferred</li>
<li>Leadership experience.</li>
<li>Experience managing and closing complex sales.</li>
<li>Track record of over-achieving above quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions</li>
<li>Strong people, verbal, and writing skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Sales Force.</li>
<li>BS/BA degree or equivalent or relevant technology sales background preferred.</li>

Security Solutions Sales Consultant - Denver or Remote

Position Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer I interacts with our partners through multiple communication channels, providing technical support and escalation assistance on the vendors that we have on our line card. They create product knowledge documentation. The Engineer focuses on the products and technologies that are relevant to the specific team they are assigned to which includes Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

<li>Provide technical partner support
<ul>
<li>Manage daily cases assigned
<ul>
<li>Log into phone and case management systems according to schedule</li>
<li>Resolve routine technical cases in a timely and efficient manner, using technical knowledge of our various Stax solutions</li>
<li>Escalate cases to upper tier engineers and/or vendors when appropriate</li>
<li>Own and oversee escalated support cases until resolution is determined</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Assist with development of processes around support in relation to providing customer support and problem resolution</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors or vendor contacts around cases currently in an escalated state</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Maintain product and knowledge specialization
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain knowledge around products specific to their team</li>
<li>Work with vendors and vendor contacts to drive continuous communications around updates and information that may affect the team</li>
</ul>

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

<li>At least two (2) years of related experience in the technical support field</li>
<li>MSP specific experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication skills around customer service – can defuse situations where partners and/or customers may be frustrated</li>

<li>Security: Admin level experience with the Microsoft Office 365 platform.  Understanding of mail flow, related DNS records, diagnosing mail flow issues, setting up connectors to third party platforms.  Admin level experience on SaaS based email security platforms like Proofpoint, Ironscales, Titan HQ.  Admin level experience with endpoint solutions like SentinelOne and Bitdefender.  Installation, removal, and remediation experience with endpoint solutions.  Basic knowledge around cybersecurity best practices or the desire to learn and dig deeper.</li>
