You will dive deep into the client business, working alongside both OnPrem consultants and client business leaders. You will identify risks and provide mitigation strategies, conduct initial reviews of deliverables and give feedback, provide project status to your Project Manager and/or client, and lead client meetings (e.g. stakeholder interviews, workshops, etc.) You will provide direction and expertise to drive new product development for client applications by understanding business problems or opportunities, and translating requirements into viable application solutions.  You will contribute to the product strategic vision, development roadmaps, and take an active role in driving the entire development life cycle from concept to launch. Our consultants work at our client sites. As with all consultants, you should be willing to travel on occasion for work. Requirements

    • 3-5+ years Product Management, System Integration, Implementation, SDLC, or Project Management experience
    • 1-3+ years experience in delivering products with a cross-functional team (e.g. Product, PMO, Tech, UX, QA)
    • 3+ years in consulting / professional services, big firm experience preferred
    • Demonstrated success developing a strategic product roadmap, defining a user experience/flow, identifying new product features, drafting requirements / user stories, leveraging user data to inform product decisions, leading development teams and ensuring releases are delivered on time
    • Experience creating a prioritized product roadmap based on market research, user data and experimental hypotheses
    • Trained on process and/or technology methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile implementation, Waterfall model)
    • Experience working with a project team on at least 2 package or custom solution implementation projects
    • Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields

Preferred

    • Experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industries
    • Experience with User Tracking tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, mParticle)
    • Experience with Digital Marketing tools
    • Experience with A/B Testing
    • Familiarity with concepts such as SVOD, AVOD, OTT, mobile application, streaming, A/B Testing, Authentication, Authorization
