As a Sales Engineer in Acronis, you will work closely with the Sales Team to execute pre and post sales activities that will drive Service Provider acquisition and growth within the region assigned. The Sales Engineer must drive adoption of Acronis’ products and solutions in customer and partner settings by articulating the strengths of Acronis’ solutions, understanding the requirements and match the solutions to deliver the wins.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Analyze prospective partners’ and customers’ business requirements, go-to-market strategy, security, audit, retention, and other policies associated with the protection or transfer of the data</li>
<li>Facilitating and managing customer evaluations and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions, as well as performing technical troubleshooting to achieve technical wins during the pre-sales process.</li>
<li>Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis’ solutions to customers/channel partners</li>
<li>Gather technical requirements, develop cost-effective designs and solutions, and present them in front of our prospects; develop responses to RFIs &amp; RFPs.</li>
<li>Understand complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>3+ years in a Solution/Sales Engineering role in B2B software: cybersecurity and/or workforce management</li>
<li>BS in computer science, electrical engineering, and technical consulting or equivalent experience/certifications in IT-related jobs.</li>
<li>IT Security experiences in (Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Data Loss Prevention) with the ability to evaluate the competitive strengths and weaknesses of products</li>
<li>Familiar with SaaS and IaaS technologies like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google G Suite, Amazon AWS, etc. Also knowledgeable in virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, with additional knowledge in Linux or other operating systems being advantageous.</li>
<li>Experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and actively working on the customer/reseller/service provider side with the respective interface</li>
<li>Fluent in Arabic &amp; English; French – nice to have.</li>

Cyber Protect Expert Engineer is a part of a dedicated team of experts responsible for advanced troubleshooting of our Cyber Protect flagman product. The product helps companies save their mission-critical projects or data by providing backup and disaster recovery features hand-in-hand with the cutting-edge cybersecurity functionality. This role provides an opportunity to practice technical skills with Windows, Linux, network, storage, cloud and virtualization technologies. <li>Work on resolving various technical incidents for the Company’s customers involving various software, networking and hardware environments.</li>
<li>Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers able to thrive in the ever-changing work environment.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of the latest changes, trends and technological advancements in the industry (Security,Cloud, Storage,</li>
<li>Virtualization, Business Applications, etc). Maintain deep knowledge of Company operations to support client requests effectively.</li>
<li>Interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems;</li>
<li>Provide technical advice to junior staff members and review technical results, evaluations and analyses. Provide for the development of junior staff within the work group through mentoring and technical guidance.</li>
<li>Develop documentation regarding installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility issues.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS) 
<ul>
<li>Fluent English (both oral and written, Upper Intermediate as minimum)</li>
<li>+2 years of experience in an L2-L3 technical support or system administrator role</li>
<li>Advanced technical expertise in:
<ul>
<li>Windows Server - gather and analyze various Windows logs and dumps, application level troubleshooting with Procmon and Process Explorer</li>
<li>Networking - Packet, performance, routing, connectivity analysis and troubleshooting skills (ability to work with Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf; experience with deploying and configuring services like DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/Open VPN, HTTP servers)</li>
<li>Virtualization - deploying and managing at least one of various enterprise-grade hypervisors such as, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, and Virtuozzo</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Good communication skills and customer service focus</li>
<li>Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues.</li>
</ul>
Would be considered plus if you have:
<ul>
<li>Linux/UNIX - application and configuration management, CLI power user</li>
<li>Cloud/AWS/Azure - Experience working with Cloud solutions or in Cloud software Support Team</li>

Cyber Protect Expert Engineer

<li>Interact daily with other engineers to provide technical action plans or take ownership of cases that require escalation</li>
<li>Work closely with the Expert team to answer Customers’ technical questions (act as liaison between the customer and internal Acronis resources)</li>
<li>Meet and exceed KPIs set for your role (customer satisfaction, productivity, interaction quality and others)</li>
<li>Ensure that all relevant communication, documents, and files related to the case are accurately recorded in the support system</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>Fluent French and English (both oral and written, Upper Intermediate as a minimum)</li>
<li>1 or more years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in Hosting tech support or Managed Service Provider business)</li>
<li>Knowledge of Windows Server administration basics (know how to gather and analyze various Windows logs and dumps)</li>
<li>Ability to convey technical information effectively</li>
<li>Ability to analyze technical issues</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service approach and Excellent analytical skills</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience and knowledge of Linux/UNIX basics, CLI</li>
