Acronis Digital Marketing team is opening a position of Senior Project Coordinator within Acronis Web Team reporting.Senior Project Coordinator is one of the key positions responsible for corporate website performance directly reporting to Web Projects Team lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing various types of projects assigned within a quarter roadmap.
• Performing a role of a web counterpart for product marketing and solution marketing team (supporting product launch general announcement and other product features' updates on our website).
• Launching & localizing various types of landing pages.
• Working in a close cooperation with SEO, Digital design and Content teams.
• Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the project's business requirements.
• Conceptualizing the website design process and setting the tasks the web development team.
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product.
• Being one point of contact for the assigned responsibilities (including ‘ad hoc’ requests).
• Documenting project management processes and procedures.
• Preparing project progress updates for upper management, senior executives and performing website demonstrations.
• Performing analysis on the launched projects, reporting on the projects’ results & making the data-driven decisions.
• End-to-end responsibility for the user & data flow within assigned responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 5+ years of Project Management within IT, software development, or technology focused industry.
• 3+ years of utilizing project management software, such as Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
• Well-aware of landing pages production process within the cross-functional environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Digital marketing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of website pages localization process.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans.
• Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks.
• Experience managing and organizing several work streams within similar priorities.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience as product owner would be considered as an advantage.
• Fluent English.
