We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Director of Integrations to join Acronis Cyber and Business Systems team to coordinate multiple projects for internal and external integrations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Manage the team of the Technical Project Managers working with strategic partners (distributors) interested in the deployment or development of the integrations with Acronis Cyber Platform</li>
<li>Ensure consistent execution, appropriate documenting of the projects and solutions, as well as internal reporting</li>
<li>Review partners’ implementation and integration plans and make recommendations in line with best practices</li>
<li>Work with R&amp;D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and other departments to elaborate on the business needs and help clear the roadblocks the integration projects may face</li>
<li>Track the feature-release activities and launch process with partners and relevant teams on Acronis side</li>
<li>Provide feedback to Acronis Product Management team based on the requirements in the executed projects</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>5+ years in Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company</li>
<li>3+ years in the Director/Team Manager role in a software or system integrator company</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in project management or technical account management</li>
<li>Excellent project, risk, and relationship management skills</li>
<li>Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Experience of working in geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams</li>
<li>Ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level</li>
<li>Understanding of modern technology and its business application: open source, APIs, micro-services, networks, cloud, mobile and AI</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>

As a Training Content Developer, you will help author and develop modern video-based and traditional presentation-based instructional materials for our training and certification courses. If you have prior experience with training or multimedia content creation or experience as a video editor or graphic designer, we welcome you to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

<li>Content creation: Participate in designing, authoring and developing training content including but not limited to training videos, presentations, interactive e-learning and graphics for LMS and live training.</li>
<li>Instructional design: Work with product development teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure applicability, accuracy and consistency of released training materials.</li>
<li>Release management: Coordinate timely release of training content, including ensuring source availability across various repositories, trainer familiarization, uploading to LMS and usage reporting.</li>
<li>Quality control: Review training content to ensure adherence to Acronis brand guidelines and publishing standards and for continuous improvement and version control.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING
<ul>
<li>2 or more years of experience with training, video, or graphic content creation in the IT or Training industry.</li>
<li>Expert level skills with MS PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Proficiency in presentation design, video editing, e-learning authoring, and graphic editing.</li>
<li>Understanding of learning personas.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Passionate and detail-oriented with a strong drive for training excellence and knowledge sharing.</li>
</ul>
Would be considered plus if you have
<ul>
<li>Scriptwriting and storyboarding experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Premier, and After Effects.</li>
<li>Experience with bite-sized learning and content development.</li>

Training Content Developer

As an experienced Product Designer on our team, you will focus on the core products from our cyber security portfolio. Working on challenging projects and collaborating with the R&amp;D and product teams, you will deliver accessible, highly loaded but easy to use and understand digital products and services, always keeping end users in mind.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Handle end-to-end design process across multiple projects and features</li>
<li>Convert complex data (research, analytics, business and technical requirements) into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high–fidelity mockups</li>
<li>Together with the project managers and design leaders, keep track of the project plan, timeline, progress, dependencies and risks</li>
<li>Follow and improve the design language and design system to ensure a consistent user experience</li>
<li>Prepare clear and detailed interface specifications for developers</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING
<ul>
<li>4+ years of relevant experience in Interface Design, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction</li>
<li>Ability to work in a developer environment and effectively manage your time and the volume of tasks to complete quick development sprints</li>
<li>The ability to communicate, explain your decisions, deliver and receive constructive feedback for improvements</li>
<li>Excitement to dive into the subject area — cyber protection and backup technologies</li>
<li>Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, take responsibility and make decisions</li>
<li>A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in user experience and visual design</li>
<li>Strong command of English language both verbal and written in order to collaborate with a global team </li>
