Join us.Who we are looking for:The Sr. Practice Director of Data Protection is responsible for data protection solution creation and delivery capabilities; ensuring we identify and build the data protection capabilities sought out by our clients, hiring the talent we need to build and delivery our data protection capabilities as appropriate in the specified LOB/technical community. Ensures high quality, profitable services engagements that build a trusted advisor relationship with our clients. Manage key metrics for consulting (utilization, profitability and revenue growth, customer satisfaction) for the organization. 

How you'll make an impact:

    • Lead, develop and maintain required business targets (e.g. revenue) within the Data Protection Practice
    • Develop and maintain key vendor and other partner relationships within practice that include but not limited to Microsoft, Venafi, Thales, etc.
    • Effectively train and equip resources to ensure alignment with customer expectations and delivery responsibilities
    • Develop & manage pipeline of the practice
    • Oversight of recruitment & development of technical talent; including consultant mentorship and advisory along with ensuring adequate vendor solution certification levels
    • Identify growth opportunities for practice and work with Vice President to target investment, particular areas of focus include Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory as well as PKI and Tokenization
    • Collaborate with sales on forecasts, client business development, RFP responses, and development of cost estimates to ensure profitability of engagements
    • Participate in strategic planning initiatives with clients
    • Own the delivery of service offerings to clients, ensuring engagements are completed on-time, to standard, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction
    • Oversee multiple project delivery teams in the execution of defined methodologies to meet engagement requirements and expectations
    • Lead assigned consulting resources – both direct reports and delivery teams - to drive individual performance metrics and to develop required skillsets for assigned associates
    • Maintain a 10% billable utilization target
    • Drive staffing decisions & resource allocation for technical track

Qualifications for success:

    • Bachelor’s or higher degree or its equivalent in certifications or work experience - with a preference in STEM, Computer Science, Cyber Security, etc.
    • MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred
    • 10+ years of information security and/or professional services experience
    • 8+ years of professional services mentoring and management experience
    • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and managing high performing teams (40+)
    • Deep understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog)
    • Experience with business development and revenue identification within Consulting organizations
    • Experience building, growing, and leading geographically diverse teams
    • Experience delivering and leading professional services engagements across multiple industry verticals
    • Operational experience building consulting offerings and taking them to market within the Digital Access Management domain
    • Understanding of current cyber security trends, threats, and pressures experienced by customer security leaders
    • Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises)
