The opportunity:

• We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Management Consulting team and partner with our team and clients to come up with solutions
• You'll be familiar with implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology and have experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS

Day to day you will:

• Lead the technical team in delivery of engagements
• Work with your team to design complex solutions in ServiceNow, while articulating out-of-the box alternatives
• Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organisation and coach junior ServiceNow team members
• Be responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow applications
• Be responsible for the delivery of solutions by reviewing implementation and maintaining quality standards
• Stay current on product developments/releases

What you'll bring to our team:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in information technology (Preferably in development role/s)
• A minimum of three or more years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform with proven implementations experience.
• You'll be able to talk through your experience with scripting, integrations, platform configuration, design, Service Portal customisation, and deployment
• Experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget creation
• Experience developing and configuring core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalogue.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Certified Implementation Specialist and/or ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred
