The opportunity:

• This is an internal facing role in our Consulting team, where you'll ensure that client engagement processes are completed in accordance with KPMG risk policies and procedures. 
• You'll be part of our team of subject matter experts making sure that our national Consulting team is compliant with those internal risk management practices. 

Day to day you will:

• Monitor client engagements/opportunities for the Consulting team and communicate the results to the individual teams
• Analyse risk findings to enhance risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation
• Support senior leaders with complex issues and share best practices
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for focus areas to continuously improve
• Support the Advisory Risk team with ad hoc activities

What you'll bring to the team:

• Previous project coordination/analysis experience will allow you to proactively manage and assess areas effectively
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and influence others - you'll be collaborating with a wide range of people across the team so you'll also be comfortable resolving conflict
• Be highly organised and be able to manage multiple priorities
• An understanding of and interest in policies and processes to make sure we're meeting requirements first time
• Strong internal client service focus and interpersonal skills
• A high level of attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide meaningful support to senior team members
