About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with a mix of  sales and marketing experience needed to build new distribution channels, the focus to operate in the time sensitive environment, hustle to build a business, collaboration skills, innovation and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions. Strategy, sales, marketing, account management, client success, and customer experience are components of  the Cyber Incident/Data Breach Sales Leader responsibilities.

Day to Day:

  • You will serve as Pango Group’s sales lead for identity monitoring, credit monitoring, notification, and call center services in the areas of  data breach incident response and class action services.   

  • Your primary role is sales channel development through the creation and  support of business relationships with national law firms.

  • Your secondary role is sales channel development through the creation and support of business relationships with insurance companies and settlement administrators.

  • You will operate in a direct sales channel with focus on production and relationships.

  • You will deliver your activities into a team centered business where operations and finance functions depend on the efficacy and integrity of the sales process from planning through delivery. 

  • You will assume responsibilities  for distribution strategy, sales proposal creation,  account management, contract readiness, and records management. 

  • You will create proposals and negotiate contracts across our data breach businesses ensuring profitability and compliance.

  • You will oversee revenue generation for assigned programs to ensure program revenue metrics are met.

  • You will drive client satisfaction with flawless execution.

  • You will support the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity and scale objectives.

  • You will track and manage existing and future programs to meet established revenue goals. 

  • You will identify opportunities to increase revenue.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of cumulative work experience at a national law firm, settlement administrator, cyber insurer, cyber insurance broker, or incident response firm performing service relating to data breach events. 

  • Significant client management, account management, and direct sales experience is strongly preferred.   

  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities and/or projects.

  • The ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities in a fast paced, creative environment.
