This person will maintain a compliance framework with established standards, guidelines, and audits. You will also ensure compliance with local, federal, and state regulations as well as internal, professional, and external business compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

      Compliance:
    • Handling of contract e-mail inbox: managing request from internal Sales teams in relation to customer contracts.
    • Investigating and follow up on customer contracts in our internal customer contract software
    • Preparing customer contracts for internal signature process
    • Scanning, re-uploading and filling contracts into internal contracting software system.
    • Main point of contact for customer contract validation team and working closely with the team based in India and USA
    • Maintaining and investigating differences on monthly reporting
    • Organizing signature/countersignature for NDA and other compliance documents following our standard processes
    •  Governance:
    • File/archive hard copy of documents per entity for all International (INTL) entities.
    • Upload documents in CSC (internal software system) for INTL entities.
    • Distribute and coordinate post for INTL entities received by email.
    • Support Compliance Manager who is based in Zurich on adhoc requests .
    •  General Office Administration
    • Support Management Team with facility management and general running of office operations.
    • Handling of Post: Pick up registered post from local post office, scan and distribute the invoices/HR documents - handle any queries in relation to the invoices.

Person Specification

    • Flexible, customer service oriented, able to work in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-national environment.
    • Organized, ability to multi-task, works well under pressure without constant supervision.
    • Someone able to work on their own in the office and organize their workday.
    • Excellent English (both written and spoken) and German language is as a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is a must.
