This role is particularly well-suited to a self-starting, experienced and motivated Security Engineer, who has a proven track record in the cloud security monitoring and incident detection domain.As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the IAM environments across Rackspace’s Customer environments (predominantly single cloud or multicloud). The primary focus will be on Manage and maintain IAM environments, including installation, upgrades, and patching.You will also be required to liaise closely with the customer’s key stakeholders, which may include incident response and disaster recovery teams as well as information security. Key Accountabilities·       Implement and configure CyberArk solutions to meet client requirements.·       Manage and maintain CyberArk environments, including installation, upgrades, and patching.·       Design and implement privileged access controls and policies.·       Provide technical expertise and support for CyberArk deployments.·       Perform regular audits and assessments of privileged access management systems.·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk solutions into existing IT infrastructure.·       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and privileged access management.·       Automation of security processes and procedures in order to enhance and streamline monitoring capabilities.·       Ensure any reported vulnerabilities are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.·       In depth knowledge of each Rackspace customer’s environment.·       Providing relevant reporting (including breach root cause analysis, if required) to customers, on an agreed frequency. ·       Maintain close working relationships with relevant teams and individual key stakeholders, such as incident response and disaster recovery teams as well as information security etc.·       May be required to work flexible working hours.Skills & Experience·       Strong knowledge of PAM CyberArk tool / CyberArk EPM, PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM.·       Scripting experience / PowerShell ·       Windows and Linux system administration ·       Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and techniques ·       Expert in Microsoft CyberArk and directory services AD.·       Experience with integrating different target systems like LDAP, AD, Windows, UNIX servers, AWS Keys/IAM Users, Databases and Networking Devices etc.·       Proficiency in administrating and managing Enterprise Password Vault EPV, Central Policy Manager Understanding the features, functionalities, and configuration options of the CyberArk platform. ·       Hands on experience in implementation and integration of Past Experience of working in large scale, public cloud environments and with using cloud native security monitoring tools ·       Knowledge of security standards (good practice) such as NIST, ISO27001, CIS, OWASP and Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM) etc.·       Experience of security controls, such as network access controls; identity, authentication and access management controls (IAAM); and intrusion detection and prevention controls. ·       Adept at analysing malware and email headers, and has skills in network security, intrusion detection and prevention systems; operating systems; risk identification and analysis; threat identification and analysis and log analysis. ·       Computer science, engineering or information technology related degree (although not a strict requirement) ·       Holds one, or more, of the following certificates (or equivalent): -o   Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP)o   Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)o   Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)o   GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)o   GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC)·       A highly self-motivated and proactive individual who wants to learn and grow and has an attention to detail.·       A great analyser, trouble-shooter and problem solver who understands security operations, programming languages and security architecture.·       Highly organised and detail oriented.
