Sr. VP – Info Security Group Manager

We are opening our doors for a talented Sr. Technical Manager to drive the innovation by implementing cutting edge technologies within a world class organization.

If you have a strong background in DevOps/DevSecOps and consider yourself a technology leader with excellent communication skills, have a wide variety of skillset including a firm grasp of operating systems, cloud technologies, hands on scripting/programming, networking protocol implementation and various virtualization technologies, then Citi is a place for you to be, as we offer the environment where skills like these can thrive. In this role you will be responsible to analyze the existing services, automation framework and lead the modernization initiatives with key focus on simplifying the services for client applications. You will also drive the collaboration on design and development of new services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the automation and innovation initiatives to modernize the infrastructure and services offered, mainly within privileged access management space.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to design secure, scalable, and easy to consume solution for client applications.
  • Perform product deep dives, interact with business sector leads, gather requirements, perform regular assessments to ensure service evolves and stays current per business demands.
  • Research latest market trends, interact with vendors and other internal/external stakeholders to maintain competitive edge in the secrets management space.
  • Research, design and develop the state-of-the-art monitoring solutions and processes to ensure infrastructure safety and soundness.
  • Participate in external/internal audit/compliance reviews to ensure product stays compliant throughout the
  • Manage various franchise critical security application Infrastructure, specifically in secrets and privileged access management domain.
  • Own and drive the deployment (from scratch), maintenance and L3 support of managed applications.
  • Size and procure the required hardware/software for new deployments and collaborate with various teams like system admin, DBA and others to build the required Infra.
  • Work with client applications to provide integration/onboarding guidance.
  • Facilitate security assessments and remediation to ensure safety and soundness. 
  • Document the product, process, and train L1/2 teams for BAU support.
  • Automation of manual tasks and continuous review/upgrade of stale processes.
  • Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support for the managed applications.
  • Capacity, Performance and Stability reporting and Management.
  • Lead initiative to develop/improve scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Lead Infrastructure projects and facilitate security assessment and remediation for the infrastructure associated the applications in scope.
  • Proven ability to work with demanding global partners within aggressive timelines; solid problem solving, analytical and technical abilities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years experience of relevant experience
  • Experience managing CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault would be a big plus.
  • Domain knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and secrets management.
  • Experience in Design and implementation of automation framework using DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Experience working with containers and associated technologies like Kubernetes/OpenShift with good understanding of the entire tech stack.
  • Hands-on programming experience in or more of these languages Python, Core Java, Perl, .NET languages, Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience working with Linux and Windows Servers.
  • Good grasp of networking concepts and protocols
  • DevOps/SRE with integration and Infrastructure Build experience including AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
  • Integration experience with Physical and/or Virtual HSMs.
  • Good understanding of SSH, TLS protocols.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and internet routing protocols
  • Experience with Web Service/Application and API development
  • Experience interacting with Web APIs using various protocols and framework (E.g. REST)
  • Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases from application programmer’s perspective. Understanding of how to interface with these databases, analyze & write complex queries/procedures.
  • Integration experience with APM and monitoring tools
  • Splunk dashboarding development and SIEM monitoring integration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Must have good analytical skills
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as well as lead technical teams across regions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
