Senior Security Engineer

The Role:

This role will function as a technical leadership role for supporting Insikt enablement. You will work closely with all Insikt teams to provide guidance, support, and technical expertise in order to enable those teams to reduce toil in their workload. 

What You’ll Do as a Senior Security Engineer:

• Identify enablement projects with Insikt team members 
• Lead design/requirements gathering sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Shepherd projects from prototype to production for in-house customers
• Prioritize projects with Insikt leadership
• Own delivery of prioritized projects with cross-functional teams

What You’ll Bring as a Senior Security Engineer:

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage expectations on what can reasonably be delivered within timeframes/budgets
• Creativity for finding solutions (i.e. think outside of the box)
• Proficient in writing code in modern programming language(s) (C/C++, Go, JavaScript, NodeJS, Perl, Python, Rust)
• Familiarity with React
• Experience managing CI/CD tools (e.g. Github Actions)
• Experience deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines
• Proven success with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience managing Docker, Kubernetes, or other container systems
• Experience deploying and managing virtual machines
