Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your future teamAtlassian's Customer Support Services (CSS) Talent Enablement team is looking for a Sr Manager, Internal Communication and Content Management, reporting to the Group Manager of Talent Operations, to evolve and scale our internal communications and content management teams.

What you'll do

    • Lead, evolve, and grow the internal communications team and the content management team
    • Develop and execute internal communications and content management strategies for Talent Enablement and the CSS organization
    • Set program goals and develop/implement cohesive measurement to understand program success. Use data to inform strategy and make real-time adjustments
    • Develop best practices and create playbooks and toolkits to make our communications and content work more consistent and efficient

Your background

    • 6+ years experience owning and implementing large and complex content management or internal communications programs, working across functions and multiple stakeholders
    • 3+ years experience leading teams of 5+ direct reports
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of strategic planning and delivery of internal communications or content management programs tied to measurable business goals
