Senior Consultant - Rights Management

New York, New YorkNew YorkUnited StatesNorth AmericaApril 25, 2024

Hi, we’re OnPrem – a people-first community of digital hustlers, bustling under one global roof. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing IP & Rights Management Consulting practice. Together we are technology leaders who bring brands closer to their customers by digitizing, connecting, and protecting disparate content, all while increasing ease of access. We believe hard work pays off in and out of the office. And we’ll help you pursue what matters most to you. Your time. Your goals. Your balance. With minimal travel, unaccrued vacation, bonuses paid every year (yes, even in 2020), and a dedicated training budget, our teammates are rewarded for their efforts and are given the resources they need to succeed. We take our merit to the bank, not the vision board. By operating in a flat organization, contributors of all levels have access to leadership and mentors of all levels. And supporting employee growth doesn’t end with professional development. OnPrem supports the values of our employees with an open onboarding process for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), giving all OnPrem voices a platform. As we remain committed to pro bono work, we also created donation matching programs to support the communities we live in. We grow because we hire great people. Smart people.
