Senior Consultant - Ops and Strategy (Remote)

OnPrem is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Operations team supporting strategic initiatives. In this role, you will support a variety of strategic initiatives including, but not limited to GTM strategies for new offerings and/or geographies, evaluation of competition and potential partners, financial analysis of markets and companies, planning and oversight of strategic programs. Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives including identification of potential partners and competition and evaluation of external entities
    • Analyze companies, including initial financial model construction, valuation analyses, and impact to existing organizations
    • Maintain database of external companies
    • Manage due diligence process
    • Support idea generation by researching companies and industries, along with market conditions and current trends, based on the OnPrem/Qvest strategy
    • Report to key stakeholders on financial and operational business activity and results

Requirements

    • 3-5+ years in Project Management, Implementation, SDLC, and Integration experience
    • 3+ years in consulting / professional services, big firm experience preferred
    • Experience in project planning, including building and managing to project plans, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting status to clients and internal teams
    • Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
    • Experience in a client-facing role that required regular status reporting to clients
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields

Preferred

    • 1-2 years M&A transaction experience
    • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
    • Experience in the Consumer Goods & Retail industry
