We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst to elevate our Salesforce platform. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of delivering a superior user experience, driving productivity, and streamlining efficiency by automating processes and seamlessly integrating with other key business applications.

Your mission will involve collaborating with department leaders and subject matter experts to deeply understand and address business needs, transforming these insights into strategic, technology-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Forge strong partnerships with department heads and SMEs to identify and validate business requirements
• Craft strategic technical solutions that translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce functionalities
• Lead the charge in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing requirements to tackle business challenges with data-driven approaches
• Manage technology solutions from conceptual stages through to full-scale deployment, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators and Development teams to guarantee seamless project executions
• Take ownership of functional tasks, from process definition and requirements gathering to vendor selection, testing, and continuous improvement of business applications
• Independently design and implement Salesforce platform enhancements to support business objectives, ensuring meticulous configuration and management
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions, providing constructive feedback to the implementation team, and gearing up for the next project iteration as needed

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect within complex Salesforce environments
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing new processes and a solid grasp of Salesforce best practices
• Proficient in data management and a general understanding of project management principles
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent team collaboration skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Business Analyst Salesforce Sales Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly regarded but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is beneficial
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
