The Project Manager acts as a center of excellence concerning all project management relevant topics in the target organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver complex projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Manages and works on implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives (process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness driven projects, automation implementations);
  • Set or collaborate on business objectives in order to deliver system or process solutions that efficiently use resources and prioritize technology and automation.
  • Build project plans and templates such as project schedules, risk logs, status reports, metrics plans, etc.
  • Create, track, and report on the status of a portfolio of projects, business metrics, and compliance metrics.
  • Successfully analyze data to track trends, identify insights, implement process improvements, and use data to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Analyzing the needs of multiple stakeholders/users to improve projects and clearly document requirements.
  • Demonstrating a bias for action and an ability to deal with great ambiguity; one of the key success criteria for this position is the ability to effectively drive change in loosely defined situations.
  • Plan, organize and lead all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Steer other working groups for realization of common goals
  • Develop a schedule and identify dependencies between interconnected projects in order to effectively allocate the resources to the activities
  • Monitor projects’ progress and address the adjustments needed for a successful completion
  • Ensure adherence to the project management governance process. Able to demonstrate best practice in all aspects of project management.
  • Accurate progress reporting and issue/risk management with timely and effective escalation

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Five (5) years of experience with any combination of the following to implement/maintain business applications: defining system requirements, planning/implementing test plans, identifying/resolving software defects, and successfully meeting business needs.
  • One (1) year of experience defining and developing business requirements to enable creation and implementation of automated system functionality
  • Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents
  • Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, and process flows to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
  • Knowledge and application of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experienced in direct as well as indirect sales structures and strategies
  • Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments
  • Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role. Strong communications and cross-functional management skills
  • Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with very good time and self-management.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
