You won’t regret it.The Network Specialist is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will perform client onboarding, hosted voice installs, basic service based repair calls, and proactive maintenance both remotely and at client locations.1.      Install and maintain new and/or existing workstations based on client needs2.      Troubleshoot systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems. Escalate issues beyond established skill set3.      Accurately create and maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures, including pick tickets, ticket updates, time entries and timesheets4.      Conduct scheduled onsite visits on a monthly or quarterly basis, run reports from RMM tool and perform checklist of tasks to include updating documentation on SharePoint5.      Perform new client onboarding, scan network for devices, inspect network equipment, document and label servers and infrastructure equipment, take pictures and upload to SharePoint6.      Create and update network diagrams using Microsoft Visio and upload to SharePoint7.      Monitor archive and backup systems8.      Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware/application issues9.      Stay up to date with relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems  10.   Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team 11.   Maintain parts and cable inventory12.   Attend required company and departmental meetings13.   Perform other related duties as assignedPlease note the job description is not designated to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
