You won’t regret it.The PhySec Remote Support Technician is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will provide remote technical support, troubleshooting and administration to Marco clients related to Audio/Visual, Video Surveillance and Card Access issues.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><ul><li>Provide technical support, create customer tickets, remote help desk services, and consultative recommendations to billable and non-billable Marco clients related to Audio/Visual, Video Surveillance and Card Access issues</li><li>Troubleshoot Audio/Visual, Video Surveillance and Card Access issues to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.  Escalate issues beyond established skill set</li><li> Identify reoccurring issues in client’s environment and proactively provide recommendations to improve efficiency, performance and reliability of client’s Audio/Visual, Video Surveillance and Card Access equipment</li><li> Accurately maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures in a timely basis to include pick tickets, collecting client signatures and time entry</li><li>Install and maintain new and/or existing AV, Video Surveillance or Card Access equipment while working under the guidance of higher-level service personnel</li><li>Perform all work in a safe manner including but not limited to loading/unloading vehicles, lifting equipment, climbing, etc. to protect yourself and your coworkers.  Use good judgment and give constant attention to the work being</li><li>Stay up to date with relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems</li><li>Perform remote support to customers and technicians </li><li>Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team</li><li>Maintain support desk expectations</li><li> Maintain AV/PhySec ConnectWise service board</li><li> Assist AV/PhySec Technicians with RMA equipment when needed</li><li>Schedule service technicians</li><li>Assist with RFP Submittals in a timely manner</li><li> Attend required company and department meetings</li><li> Represent Marco in a professional manner at all times </li><li>Perform on call rotation after Marco’s business hours</li></ul></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><ul><li>High school diploma</li><li>2 years of experience and knowledge of audio/visual, video surveillance, card access, and physical security </li><li>Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications</li><li>Windows based server provisioning experience</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally move up to 50 pounds of heavy equipment</li><li>Department of labor industry registered (preferred: may vary by state and can be obtained during employment)</li></ul></ul><b>Benefits:</b> We’re not just competitive when it comes to business tech – we’re also pretty proud of what we offer our employees.
