We’re the team you want to be on, and who you want on your team.This makes us an exciting place to work, particularly if you’re entrepreneurial at heart.Job SummaryThe OnPrem Manager, Product Manager will engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects ranging from organization and process reviews to IT strategies through implementation of technology solutions and/or recommendations. Managers will work on a project team of analysts, consultants and/or senior consultants at a client site and may have an opportunity to mentor junior resources and learn from senior leadership. Although projects vary, Managers can expect to dive deep into the client business.The Manager, Product Manager will provide direction and expertise to drive new product development for client applications by understanding business problems or opportunities then translate requirements into viable application solutions. The manager will contribute to the product strategic vision, development roadmaps, and will take an active role in driving the entire development life cycle from concept to launch. The Manager, Product Manager may serve as a primary client contact on engagements and manage relationships with extended project team members.The team member filling this role should expect to engage in a number of different types of consulting projects ranging from the formulation and analysis of business, process, and organizational strategies through the implementation of recommendations and PMO establishment. The methodologies will range depending on client preference. The team member will lead both small and large teams consisting of other OnPrem team members and client resources, and will be expected to facilitate sessions across the executive levels of client organizations. The team member will be working in a number of industries, but will have a primary focus on the M&E industry. As with all consultants, the team member should be willing and expect to travel on occasion for work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading UX-focused software product development teams required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, marketing, MIS or other related field
• Experience developing B2C mobile or connected-device platform applications or similar products
• Demonstrated success charting strategic product direction, defining user experience, defining and writing requirements, documenting features, leading development teams and ensuring release plans are delivered on time and on budget
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, cross-functional resources and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of custom development projects based on business requirements
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills across all levels
• Strong inclination for action and self-direction
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of technology delivery methodologies

Preferred

• Experience working at a Big 4 consulting company is a plus (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY)
• Experience with Digital Marketing tools a plus
• Experience with A/B Testing a plus
