Your Role: 

• As a Lab T1 Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the QA/Automation Lab operations & device health from both hardware & software aspects.  
• The Lab runs 24/7 and includes hundreds of devices (Smart TVs, Mobile, STB, Consoles etc...) and provides services to all engineering teams in DAZN globally.  

As our Lab T1 Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to: 

• Work with various platforms and operating systems  
• On-board new devices to the lab  
• Maintain and monitor existing devices and lab network  
• Provide support to DAZN engineering teams globally  
• Solve device/network-related issues  
• Support dedicated testing frameworks  

You’ll be set up for success if you have: 

• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer  
• Experience with Smart TVs, Mobile, STB, Consoles  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  
• Team player and ready to collaborate with others  
• A “can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills  

Even better if you have: 

• Experience with lab management  
• Experience with testing frameworks  
• Experience with JS/Python development
