We work as part of a global team to deliver world-class technology and exceptional customer service to Atlassians everywhere.We're hiring a Junior Technical Support Analyst, reporting to Jason Pantone. You are an on site support analyst with a background in on site/Helpdesk support and conference room management. Here, you will be onsite in the ATX office during normal working hours (M-F) to support Atlassians, maintain/support meeting rooms, provide event support and technical support for technologies that Atlassians use on a daily basis..

What you'll do

    • Epic customer service skills
    • have an appetite to learn new skills (automation, mdm management, team leadership, etc)
    • AV room troubleshooting (VC and collaboration Technologies such as Zoom Rooms & digital signage)
    • provide AV tech prep & support for events onsite
    • support and troubleshoot macOS and windows both remotely and in person
    • Help manage collaboration tools (Slack, gsuite, zoom, mural)

Your background

    • Some experience managing MacOS environments, windows too is nice to have
    • some knowledge of MDMs, imaging, or workstation deployments
    • Experience collaborating with teammates both local and remote
    • Passion for maintaining knowledge of growing technology trends
