IT Analyst

OnPrem is searching for an IT Analyst to help manage our organization’s complex systems. You will work closely with the Executive Vice President of our Innovation and Development Center to manage and ensure optimal functionality of our internal IT systems. Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Executive Vice President to understand the role each system plays within our organization & the primary users
• Help configure & manage internal systems, including email service, HR systems, learning systems, and more
• Asset tracking; keep track of incoming and outgoing laptops, reimage, wipe for returns, shipping/receiving
• Work with current employees on IT questions and issues
• Handle tracking and provisioning of licenses for developers and consultants
• Grant access for team members to specific resources or systems dependent on role
• Test and evaluate existing systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function
• Research new systems and brainstorm ways to optimize functionality of systems
• Troubleshoot software issues
• Troubleshoot Wifi issues
• Set up new user accounts and handle password issues
• Write instruction manuals for systems
• Coordinate process changes through the organization as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in a technology related role
• Experience maintaining systems 
• Experience troubleshooting systems 
• Skilled in software installation
• Proficient with MAC OS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or other related field

Preferred

• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AWS
• Systems automation (Google scripting)
• Programming skills
