Your new role: We are building a Security function to help the step change in the organisation. The focus is to keep our customers, our clinicians and employees safe, therefore we need you to provide leadership and continuous improvements for us across our cyber detection and response capability. It’s a rare opportunity to build a green field security vision but as part of a Digital Healthcare scaleup it will be an excellent chance for growth and innovation. We are counting on you to deliver technology support within the organisation, to defend the corporate systems and data from information security threats and incidents.
This role would be perfect for someone with experience of InfoSec Infrastructure but wants a chance to shape the technology and analytical future of DCA.
Requirements
• Directly support the onboarded Security tooling and work closely with both the Head of Security Infrastructure and Head of Detection and Remediation for aligned technology
• Develop and implement new technologies – including implementing roadmaps for IAM, Cloud Security and expansion of Microsoft Security technology.
• Support the inlife activities of Security technology including its effect to IT technologies – led by the 3rd line specialists.
• Provide infrastructure security advice and IT support to the wider SOC team members and act as an escalation path for junior engineers.
• Help develop better ways of working and automation were possible.
• Develop documentation and process for deployments, BAU and engineering standards / best practise
• Perform threat and Vulnerability scans – in some cases followed by appropriate remediation activitie
• Take part in active investigations with the Head of D&R to expand the active Incident Response team.
