Join us.Enterprise “Partner” Architects within the R&D team are responsible for providing technical enablement for Optiv clients, perspective clients and Optiv internal teams. This involves maintaining and vocalizing subject matter expertise on a given technology. Enterprise Architects position technologies to maximize effectiveness across all supported use cases driving the best outcome for our clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Provide Sales Enablement Services to Optiv Pre-Sales Resources and Client
• Present and discuss in detail, assigned Partner's solutions, technologies and use cases
• Develop and document use cases 
• Develop technical sales tools and technical documentation
• Build both scripted and interactive demonstrations
• Host client POCs workshops
• Create/update Best Practice Guides
• Develop systems integrations
• Provide training to Optiv’s pre-sales team 
• Develop product solutions offering matrix
• Provide SKU guidance
• Develop bundling strategies
• Develop services mapping guides 
• Work with the demand team on scoping 
• Transactional support for sales
• Consistency between messaging and services
• Shadow delivery with consulting
• Product Maximization Efforts at Existing Clients
• Align with client architects on key questions to ensure maximum use of acquired technology
• Host short technical workshops
• Provide up-sell guidance based on key use cases and indicators
• Build best practice assessment guides
• Escalation point for Optiv Services

Qualifications For Success:

• Entrepreneurial self starter
• zScaler technical expert
• Have or be willing to obtain the highest level of technical certification(s) with assigned partner
• Demonstrated experience in remote access, SASE, SSE, SWG, DLP and CASB technologies
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technology category
• Both pre-sales and post-sales experience
• Prior public speaking experience
• Superior writing skills
