OnPrem is seeking an employer marketing specialist to join a dynamic recruitment marketing team. They will be crucial to increasing employer brand awareness, driving inbound applicants, and ideating content that supports this growth. The employer marketing specialist will be responsible for executing social media strategy, optimizing content performance and placement, internal coordination between marketing groups, and project management to meet marketing plans. About UsOnPrem provides business and technology consulting services that bring our clients closer to their customers, their data and their content. Job Responsibilities

    • Understand the business and consulting needs for talent acquisition targets
    • Take ownership of the employer brand by maintaining brand hygiene, voice, and visibility
    • Drive employer brand awareness and increase the success rate with applicants through the candidate journey
    • Use data to assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective platform strategy
    • Optimize  recruitment marketing and candidate engagement strategies throughout the candidate life cycle
    • Oversee day-to-day management and execution of campaigns
    • Regularly measure the impact of campaigns by analyzing data and making recommendations to improve results
    • Design channel specific social media outreach and engagement strategies on platforms like Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter
    • Ensure progress on all platforms by using social listening and analytical tools such as Social Studio, Later, Google Analytics and others
    • Lead content projects with marketing’s internal working groups and 3rd party contributors
    • Communicate updates on digital media projects to internal departments and all staff
    • Maintain consistency of employer brand across assets
    • Create list emails, and automated engagement campaigns for lead nurturing through Pardot and Salesforce campaigns
    • Engage with subject matter experts and team members to develop content ideas and capture written and visual content for web and social media channels
    • Stay up to date on digital marketing and social media industry developments to make the most of emerging technologies

Requirements

    • 3-5 years marketing or PR experience
    • 1+ years of recruitment marketing experience specifically
    • 3-5 years of social media management experience
    • 2+ years of employer brand experience
    • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
    • Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing
    • Proficient computer skills, with emphasis on Google Workspace, JIRA, Adobe
    • Ability to manage creative projects from ideation to completion
    • Motivated to work in a complex and high energy environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, business, marketing or a related field

Preferred

    • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot applications
    • Professional experience in copy writing or editing
    • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
    • Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and media trends
