We are a quality driven organization that leverages its ISO 20000-1:2011, ISO 27001:2013 and CMMI quality standards, certifications and service delivery expertise to support all of our clients.The Cybersecurity Program Manager will provide management, oversight, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of all activities performed to satisfy the requirements identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This role shall serve as the single point of contact for the work performed and be responsible for enforcing all cybersecurity policies and procedures across the contract.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·  Provide management, oversight, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of all activities performed to satisfy the requirements identified in the Statement of Work· Serve as the single point of contact for the work performed·Be responsible for issues arising from work across the entire contract, as well as the successful resolution of these issues· Enforce all DoD IS, Platform-IT system, and software application cybersecurity policies and procedures, as defined by cybersecurity-related documentation·  Ensure that all DoD IS cybersecurity-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals · Develop recommendations for program and system specific cybersecurity policies and procedures· Provide technical expertise in cybersecurity and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a cybersecurity program compliant with DODI 8510.01 and DODI 8500.01 and current US Air Force, DoD, and other Federal cybersecurity policies· Assist in AFCENT Information System Security Manager with oversight of the cybersecurity program for AFCENT information systems or networks, including managing information security implications within the organization, specific program, or other area of responsibility, to include strategic, personnel, infrastructure, requirements, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and other resources· Assist with informal on-the-job training of rotational AFCENT military customers on cybersecurity requirements and USAF/DoD specific policies and procedures· Assist in review of all proposed system or software application changes against DOD/USAF and the latest NIST standards·  Provide technical assistance for network administrative staff·  Establish data ownership and responsibilities (including accountability, access, and special handling requirements) for each Information System (IS) and software application · Update the Vulnerability Tracking Resource Tools as needed and conducting security data calls as needed·  Complete monthly account audits, as well as review and analyze system audit logs·  Review ports, protocols, and services (PPS)·  Ensure implementation of periodic security inspections, assessments, tests, and reviews·  Execute vulnerability assessments scans, as well as analyze and interpret vulnerability assessment results·  Participate in AFCENT staff assistance and compliance visits·  Assist system program managers with maintaining Plans of Action and Milestones documentation for any non-compliant security controls·  Conduct Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Compliance assessments·  Provide input and recommendations to AFCENT personnel for all controls ·  Provide DoD/NIST RMF Operations Support and common administrative support ·   Provide meeting/briefing support and CONUS/OCONUS TDY travel support·   Plan and design the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action·  Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards.·Manage communications with all stakeholders· Initiate activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise.·  Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:·        Master of Arts or Master of Science in related field preferred with a minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant experience preferred·        Bachelor of Science in related field required with a minimum of seven (7) years or more of relevant experience preferred·        Education requirements can be waived, but only with ten plus (10+) years of relevant IT experience including IT operations/services management experienceLicenses & Certifications:·        Active Secret clearance required·        DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III baseline certification required (CISM, CISSP, GSLC or CCISO)Experience:·        Required minimum of seven (7) years of relevant hand-on experience as a Cyber or IT Program Manager or other managerial position·        Thorough knowledge of project and program management techniques and methods·        Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principlesSkills & Abilities:·        Excellent oral and written communication skills ·        High level of problem-solving abilities·        Outstanding leadership and organizational skills·        Must have the ability to interact with senior leaders within the organization·        Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Other:·        English language required·        CONUS and OCONUS site travel required·        Availability to work 0700 to 1700 Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays·        Availability for on-call support after hours on weekends and holidays requiredThis opportunity offers career development and growth, competitive compensation, and a robust benefits package with 4 Weeks PTO w/ rollover, 11 paid holidays, company paid events and training, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match. FWG holds multiple government contracting vehicles as a Prime Contractor to include: 8(a) Set-Aside; STARS III; GSA IT-70; Army ITES-3S; and CIO-SP3. FWG Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
