Cybersecurity Program Manager

CSA+Capstone is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to provide support to our Navy client in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, gathers, and maintains data of IT and Cyber Security Services operations to conduct simple to complex analysis necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the process and identify problem areas within the process requiring changes.
  • Monitors progress and provide technical assistance to ensure timely completion of RMF Packages and NETC compliance with DOD security procedures ensuring information integrity/security to include maintaining the package throughout a system's life cycle.
  • Provides continuous review and support of all projects about schedule status, procedural compliance, and artifact evidence, continuous prioritization, and capacity review.
  • Works with Technical Assistants and Program Managers to formulate, review and monitor project Plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provides analysis and administrative support for all projects regarding data integrity, interleaving of projects within priorities, delivery of priority assignments-
  • Conducts risk assessments on systems, networks, CS processes, and operations.
  • Provides support to project tracking via Microsoft (MS) Project, spreadsheets, timelines, documents, and resolutions.
  • Participates in the development of comprehensive MS Project plans, schedules, and associated documents for project coordination.
  • Provides internet/intranet online collaboration and video teleconferencing support.
  • Develops graphic displays, briefing packages and presentation materials for use in briefing leadership at all levels.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ten (10) years of Relevant experience.
  • IT Project management experience.
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework process.
  • Experience with Cyber Security concepts and processes.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Ten (10) years or more of experience with cybersecurity relevant information & technology program management and the development, implementation, and sustainment of cybersecurity (CS) projects supporting the U.S. Navy or other departments within the federal government.
  • Experience developing, leading, and sustaining a diverse and geographically distributed team of CS professionals delivering cybersecurity solutions in the areas of Assessment & Authorization, Incident Response & Spillage Management, Scanning, Vulnerability Management, Audit & CS Compliance, Access & Account/Boundary Management, Inspection Readiness, and CS Strategic Reports. 
  • Experience interfacing with and providing briefings directly to senior government executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Certifications

  • CSWF IAT II or IAM I level certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science.
