Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.The RoleAtlassian is looking for an Architect to join our Fusion TeamThe Fusion team's mission is to build the world's most flexible, scalable and open DevOps, solution that helps software team ship high-quality software faster.As the team's Architect, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager and play an important role, empowering global teams with the platform to support strategic integrations, deployments and releases in an intentional and data-driven way.Core Responsibilities Drive the technical architecture, establishing the "north star" architecture and guide teams to build towards it incrementally.Build trusting relationships by facilitating deployment workshops with teams across the worldServe as Fusion's main link to Atlassian's architect community and use insights from these relationships to identify opportunities andrisks for the teamPlay an active role in the Fusion Team's architecture guildInspire creativity, unlock opportunities to create impactful technology for our users.Skills we likeKnowledge of Computer Science fundamentalsExperienced leading architectural projects that span across multiple teamsWe welcome engineers that are language agnostic.
