What You'll Be Doing

ProArch is seeking a Security and Compliance Account Executive (Sales). You will operate as the lead deal maker and closer for complex security and compliance solutions but gain/have knowledge of our other service lines (Data/Al, Software Development, IT Services, and Cloud Services). To be successful, you should have the ability to manage multiple accounts

concurrently, develop cybersecurity (primarily) sales strategies, and support new business opportunities, including defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement needs, and facilitating the articulation of potential solutions based on the client requirements. A Security and Compliance Account Executive must be a dedicated self-starter, comfortable operating without a detailed roadmap. A solid foundation in regulatory compliance, technical and operational security architecture related to client cloud, end-user, and remote access solutions, as well as a consultative approach to client engagement, will be keys to your success.

Deals may include some or all of the following examples of solutions

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) offerings include gap analysis, plan of action/milestone (POAM) development, system security plan development, and vCISO managed services.
  • Information protection and compliance managed services
  • Security-managed services include continuous vulnerability management, penetration testing, security hardening services, and monitoring, detection, and response (MDR) services tied to 24x7 SOC.
  • Other solution sales are Data/Al, Software Development, and Cloud Services. Heavy emphasis on Managed Services/ Recurring Revenue sales.
  • Requirements

    Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize an account-based, consultative sales approach to aggressively network and prospect to generate new business relationships and qualify new leads.
  • Ability to set appointments and convert qualified leads.
  • Leverage internal subject matter experts in the areas of infrastructure management services, Cloud (public, private, and hybrid), and on-premise.
  • Facilitate workshops and whiteboarding sessions during discovery phases, lead client negotiations, advise solutions to CxOs and evaluation committees, and act as the single point of client contact, supported by an Account Manager, for all deal-progression activities.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with all client/prospect Stakeholders. Build relationships with senior client executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Boards of Directors, and evaluation committees.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies, industry trends, risks and desired outcomes.
  • Your opportunities will include assessing, consulting, and recommending products and services required to meet our client's business needs.
  • Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Leading customer presentations, including describing ProArch's close relationship with Microsoft Azure and M365 security solutions, using a value-driven sales approach.
  • Focusing on new client logos in the midmarket and enterprise spaces.
  • Collaborating with and acting as a liaison between our customers, account support, and pre­ sales solution development throughout the entire sales process.
  • Developing the financial solution for an engagement based on client requirements, developing business cases, ROI, and TCO.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the sales process that develop complex solutions for your client opportunities and collaborating with Pre-sales to produce statements of work (SOWs).
  • Conducting formal enablement sessions to internal stakeholders, business partners, and customers.
  • Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience in Managed Services/ Security and Compliance Solution Selling to IT and business executives.
  • An ideal candidate has experience in selling Microsoft cybersecurity solutions and understands the various product offerings and use cases that deliver client outcomes.
  • Readiness to travel up to 10-30% annually.
  • Highly desirable candidates will reside in or near a major metro area on the East Coast of the United States. Residence in the greater Atlanta or Central New York areas a plus but not required.
