Sr. Transformation Manager (Remote)

Provide leadership on business transformation projects and integration workstreams from initiation through delivery. Manages cross-functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals. Partners with D+ leadership population, as well as external consultants, to support strategic initiatives, advise on change management processes, and communicate on business unit scale.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Assist with thorough market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align GTM strategies with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
    • Define key performance metrics and track progress against targets to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
    • Drive organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new GTM strategies and processes.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams to execute GTM plans effectively and achieve business goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GTM strategies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
    • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the Transformation team and across the organization.

    • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization; experience working with C-suite.
    • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor GTM initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of objectives.
    • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding customer needs and preferences, driving customer-centric GTM strategies, and delivering exceptional value and experiences.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 10 years of experience in a senior-level role with a focus on Go-To-Market strategy development and execution.
    • Typically requires 12 or more years of experience in program management or project management with at least 5 years working on projects at a company impacting level.
    • Proven track record of driving successful GTM initiatives, delivering tangible business results, and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in a complex business environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
    • 25% travel.
$116,100 - $198,440 a yearThe following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states. • The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $116,100 - $170,280• The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $123,600- $181,280• The anticipated starting pay range of California, Washington state and New York City applicants for this role is $135,300 - $198,440Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
