Sr. Transformation Manager (Remote)

Provide leadership on business transformation projects and integration workstreams from initiation through delivery. Manages cross-functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals. Partners with D+ leadership population, as well as external consultants, to support strategic initiatives, advise on change management processes, and communicate on business unit scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Assist with thorough market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align GTM strategies with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Define key performance metrics and track progress against targets to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new GTM strategies and processes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams to execute GTM plans effectively and achieve business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GTM strategies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the Transformation team and across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in a senior-level role with a focus on Go-To-Market strategy development and execution.
- Typically requires 12 or more years of experience in program management or project management with at least 5 years working on projects at a company impacting level.
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM initiatives, delivering tangible business results, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in a complex business environment.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
