Role Responsibilities:

• Integrate, prototype, engineer, test, release and launch ADAS/Autonomous Driving features for Lucid Dreamdrive.
• Invent and create new technologies and solutions. Bring revolutionary products to market.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and robust implementation and Integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in either of the following: computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
• 2+ years experience
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++
• Previous experience of porting software in RTOS embedded platforms such as QNX
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
• Previous experiences developing State Machines, integration with embedded platforms such as Nvidia Xavier and Aurix
• Experience with different communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, and ECU network communication devices such as Canope/Canoe.
• Familiarity with middleware such as Data Distribution Service (DDS), socket based communication protocol, Publish/Subscribe systems technologies like MQTT etc.
•  Knowledge of functional safety and AUTOSAR basic software and applications
•  Expertise in creating and managing complex embedded hardware-software systems
•  Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK design as well as c/c++ autocode generation and deploying on embedded platforms.
•  Expertise in one or more of the following areas
•       Motion Planning and Control for ADAS/Autonomous Driving:
•       - trajectory planning,
•       - route planning,
• - optimization-based planning,
•      - motion control

Salary Range:The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.California (Bay Area) - $123,200 - $200,200Additional Compensation and Benefits:Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
