Job Brief:Responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Umniah’s network and systems by implementing the appropriate controls and monitoring for any deviations from the corporate policy.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Manage the Cyber Security Activities in Umniah in term of process developments, review, technology implementation and operation, and people skills development and awareness.</li> <li>Oversee information security audits, whether performed by Security or third-party personnel.</li> <li>Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities and weaknesses.</li> <li>Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment.</li> <li>Monitor Umniah networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.</li> <li>Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices within Umniah.</li> <li>Review and enhance Umniah Current MSSP Capabilities in term of process, people and technology .</li> <li>Work with the enterprise team and sales team to support sales opportunities and opened leads.</li> <li>Support analysis of sales performance and pipeline, developing partner specific insights and recommendations for initiatives to improve overall performance.</li> <li>Work with product management and marketing to balance the needs of Umniah partnership with business constraints.</li> <li>Manage Umniah Cyber Security academy by developing the materials , conduct the sessions and Training staffs.</li> </ul>Leadership / Management:<ul> <li>Manage subordinates’ learning &amp; development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.</li> <li>Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals.</li> <li>Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity.</li> <li>Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.</li> <li>Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.</li> <li>Manage subordinates' administrational requirements.</li> <li>Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.</li> <li>Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.</li> <li>Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values.</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options.</li> </ul>RequirementsEducation Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field Level of Experience Advanced Experience in Information Security. Certifications &amp; Licensure : Essential: <ul> <li>CISSP</li> <li>CISA</li> <li>CRISC</li> </ul>Desirable: <ul> <li>TOGAF</li> <li>ITIL</li> <li>Vendor-specific certificates </li> </ul> Tools &amp; Systems : Essential: <ul> <li>Firewalls</li> <li>SIEM</li> <li>Vulnerability assessment tools</li> </ul> Desirable:<ul> <li>Security incident portals</li> <li>Threat analysis and profiling</li> <li>Leading security audits</li> </ul>
