Ứng viên sẽ trực tiếp lập kế hoạch, quản lý đội ngũ Marketing dày dặn kinh nghiệm của Gojek Việt Nam bao gồm nhóm chiến lược Marketing, nhóm truyền thông và sáng tạo nội dung. Bên cạnh đó, ứng viên cần có khả năng làm việc độc lâp, giải quyết vấn đề, ứng phó với các tình huống một cách chiến lược và đưa ra các quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu, hướng đến mục tiêu chung của Công ty.
Trách nhiệm công việc:
- Dẫn dắt và phát triển năng lực của phòng ban Marketing (khoảng 20 nhân viên) bao gồm các nhóm: marketing kỹ thuật số, thương hiệu và sáng tạo
- Hợp tác cùng các phòng ban sản phẩm, kinh doanh, phân tích dữ liệu để phát triển thương hiệu, thu hút khách hàng và mở rộng thị trường
- Hỗ trợ các trưởng nhóm từ hội sở quản lý, thu hút và giữ chân khách hàng
- Lập kế hoạch, triển khai và đánh giá chiến lược phát triển của phòng marketing toàn năm
- Tối ưu hóa nguồn lực và ngân sách của phòng marketing cho các hoạt động một cách hiệu quả
- Chịu trách nhiệm về PnL
- Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học - Cử nhân kinh tế hoặc marketing/truyền thông
- Tiếng anh lưu loát
- Trên 10 năm kinh nghiệm về marketing
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng mô hình kinh doanh. Mạnh về phân tích và kỹ năng thống kê
- Kinh nghiệm về marketing kỹ thuật số (SEM, Paid Social, Mobile, Display), marketing truyền thống (TV, OOH) và quản lý quan hệ khách hàng
- Kinh nghiệm trong nghiên cứu thị trường
- Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản bá thương hiệu
- Có hiểu biết về thị trường truyền thông tahi Việt Nam
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý và tối ưu chi phí
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý, xây dựng và dẫn dắt đội nhóm hoàn thành mục tiêu một cách hiệu quả
