This requires an experienced professional with a background in embedded software engineering. The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
• Proficiency w/ Linux/QNX fundamentals
• Experience with board bring-up
• Working knowledge of device drivers and peripherals such as I2C, UART, SPI, PCIe, RGMII, SGMII
• Understanding of Secure Boot, File System Encryption
• Experience in ARM and TEE Environment
• Experience with bootloaders, firmware update
• Experience in reading schematics and data sheets

Advantageous:

• Experience in development of Autonomous or Assisted driving systems
• Experience with GPU based H/Ws
• Experience with Camera interfaces viz CSI, MIPI, GMSL
• Extensive work experience in design and development of Cyber Security methodologies and comply to Security standards
• In-depth technical knowledge of cryptography hardware, key management and certificate management

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related field
• Preferred: Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related field

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $163,700/yr - $240,000/yrAdditional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
