Read more here: http://ow.ly/Iy6K50KbCYoOPPORTUNITY OVERVIEWZeroFox seeks a SOC Solutions Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving customer success by leveraging their expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and frameworks to ensure  that customers receive maximum value from ZeroFox managed services. In this role,  you will collaborate closely with customers and account managers to understand the customer’s unique security challenges and translate them into effective managed service solutions within the SOC framework. Your exceptional analytical skills and ability to distill complex information will be essential in analyzing data, identifying insights, and presenting them to a diverse audience, including Director to C-level executives. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, disruption requests, and emerging threats, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.This is a high visibility, high impact role within ZeroFox--the selected candidate will maintain a clear focus on customer needs and requirements while collaborating internally across multiple business units to escalate and communicate security issues.

Role and responsibilities

  • Expertise in SOC Capabilities: Maintain an in-depth understanding of ZeroFox SOC processes, frameworks, and best practices. Leverage this expertise to design and communicate managed service solutions that align with customer needs and the overall ZeroFox SOC strategy.
  • Customer Collaboration: Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and design tailored solutions that address their security challenges. Establish strong working relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Incident Escalation: Serve as a point of escalation for high-priority security incidents, disruption requests, and emerging threats. Demonstrate rapid response and effective incident resolution to minimize potential impacts on customer environments.
  • Disruption Partners and Data Sources: Maintain an expert level of knowledge about major disruption partners and data sources in the cybersecurity landscape. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights from security data. Transform these insights into compelling customer presentations suitable for audiences ranging from Directors to C-level executives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effectively convey complex technical information in a comprehensible manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with the evolving cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats, attack vectors, and industry regulations. Continuously update your knowledge and skills to provide state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 20% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a solutions consultant or technical account manager within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Expertise in analyzing security data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with major disruption partners and data sources in the cybersecurity field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer first, solution-oriented mentality.

Desired qualifications and skills

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.

Other Information

  • This position will report to the Senior Director, Security Operations.
  • This position may entail up to 20% travel
  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
  • Work to be performed entirely outside of the state of Colorado (if location is various)
