Become a Security Operations Center Manager for Bloomreach! You will lead our 24/7 Security Operations Center team based in India. Our company provides the best digital experience for the top international & e-commerce companies. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space. You will work in one of our India offices or from home on a full-time basis, and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.This role reports to the Head of Security Operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the team of Security Analysts
• Lead the communication between Security Operations & Engineering during Incidents & Investigations
• Lead and manage Security Operations Center day to day operations and analysts
• Ensure Incidents, Events, & Investigations are managed excellently via the IR workflow and internal procedures. Operate as Incident Commander. 
• Responsible for team management, overall use of resources, and initiation of corrective action where required
• Continuously improve processes for more efficient Security Operations

Requirements:

• Desire and capability to operate as a technical leader and mentor
• Security Engineering, Software Development, or Cloud Security expertise and experience is nice to have
• 2+ years of proven experience as part of a Security Operations team
• 1+ years of experience leading a team
• A broad understanding of Cyber Security is a must
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and managerial skills
• Experience working with any of the leading SIEM / UEBA / SOAR / EDR products for threat hunting, correlation rules, investigation, and incident response 
• Ability to create, track, improve and report SOC KPIs periodically
• Knowledge of various OS (Mac, Windows, Linux)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good Analytical skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
