Senior Transformation Manager (Remote in the U.S.)

Provide leadership on business transformation projects and integration workstreams from initiation through delivery. Manages cross-functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals. Partners with D+ leadership population, as well as external consultants, to support strategic initiatives, advise on change management processes, and communicate on business unit scale.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manages large components of company wide projects or programs from initiation through delivery driving completion against set goals, objectives, and outcomes.
    • May own projects for large business units or teams.
    • Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables.
    • Ensure that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects.
    • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
    • Establishes program goals and objectives ensuring alignment with the Rackspace strategic plan.
    • Develops, modifies and executes best practices and programs that have company wide effect.
    • Manages cross-functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals.
    • Uses specialized expertise in one or more areas to interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.
    • Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
    • Decisions impact the achievement of customer, operational, program or service objectives.
    • Actions are guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets and the area business plan.
    • Contributions often result in business or process improvements.
    • Identifies and resolves unique situations of substantial significance in field of expertise or knowledge.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
    • MBA
    • Typically requires 12 or more years of experience in program management or project management with at least 5 years working on projects at a company impacting level
    • 25% Travel
$116,100 - $198,440 a yearThe following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states. • The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $116,100 - $170,280• The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $123,600- $181,280• The anticipated starting pay range of California, Washington state and New York City applicants for this role is $135,300 - $198,440Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
