Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, People Operations

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote, but requires you to be located in Philippines working APAC hours.Your future team:Our Operations Excellence team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Quality Management, Program and Project Management.We're hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, People Operations, reporting to the Lead Program Manager. You are an HR Specialist with a background in HR Operations or HR Shared ServicesIn this role you will:Conduct regular audits of People Ops processes to identify gaps and trends in data audits. It is important to provide feedback to respective specialists and Ops leads based on these audits to ensure continuous improvement.Develop important relationships with all partners, including HR Partners, Service Teams, and other important partners, which is crucial to lead projects.Conduct regular calibration and feedback sessions with team leads and People Ops Leadership to ensure great quality work is being delivered.Work on quality improvement projects.

Role Requirements:

• Have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end employee life cycle processes, from onboarding to exit, across global locations
• Have a working knowledge of SOC2 and SOX compliance audits can further enhance the effectiveness of these processes
• The ability to translate our requirements into technical requirements while building important relationships between Business Leaders and project groups

Your background:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in International HR Shared Services Operations
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau
• The ability to work on confidential projects/programs
• Previous experience in customer-oriented roles
