Senior Partner/Channel Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity & SaaS)

Zimperium® is an industry leader in enterprise mobile security, being the first and only company to provide a complete mobile threat defense system that offers real-time, on device world-class protection against both known and unknown next generation of advanced mobile cyberattacks and malware.Our MTD and award-winning machine learning-based engine protects against device, network, phishing and application attacks for IOS, Android and Windows devices, using a non-intrusive approach to always protect privacy of users. We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Partner/Channel Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with our OEM and Program partners. As part of the Marketing team, your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness, increasing market penetration and sell-through of our products and services, while building strong relationships with existing partners. The Senior Partner/Channel Marketing Manager will work with internal and partner stakeholders to build and deploy overall marketing plans for key partnerships, always seeking new opportunities to drive business growth. The Senior Partner/Channel Marketing Manager will have specific channel marketing experience, ideally within a B2B company, and will have demonstrable success with campaign analysis and pivoting based on learnings. The successful candidate will be joining a growing Marketing team and will leverage internal and external resources to create the marketing materials needed. He/she will also closely collaborate with OEM Program Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders to serve as marketing POC for channel partners. What You’ll Do: • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with channel partners• Collaborate with OEM and Program partners to identify target markets, customers segments, and competitive landscapes• Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans to effectively reach and engage target audiences• Serve as the main marketing point of contact for channel partners, providing support, training, and marketing materials• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and address challenges• Develop a forward-looking marketing calendar for channel optimization aligned with marketing resources and budget to prioritize initiatives and events that maximize ROI• Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, including lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue. Adjust strategy accordingly or identify and execute rapidly on new opportunities or strategies• Create KPIs with management; measure and meet or exceed channel KPIs• Provide and present reports internally and externally, to key stakeholders and to leadership• Track and report regularly on competitive marketing; leverage insights into channel strategy• Drive ideas and oversee or manage execution/ approval and final delivery; engage and oversee stakeholder participation as needed (ie- digital, PR, agency, other). Where feasible, develop marketing templates for efficient use across channels• Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends; champion for appropriate product positioning based on business priorities• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.• Identify critical conversion and drop off points and optimize channel-specific user funnels.• Collaborate and allocate channel marketing efforts with other team members to ensure efficiency in consistency and efficiency.• Provide support, guidance and feedback on marketing materials created by team members while maintaining an environment where ideas and suggestions are easily shared.• Develop junior marketing team members by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field• Direct channel marketing experience (2-6 years preferred)• Project management and execution skills• Strong networking, negotiating and communication skills• Strong self-starter• Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign development, implementation, and measurement• Experience with digital, event, collateral marketing• Willingness to travel (up to 15-20%)• Cybersecurity background preferred• Problem solver• Demonstrable experience analyzing and shifting strategy based on marketing campaign results• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, cross-functional team environment• Contribute to creation of budget and forecastZimperium is an Equal Opportunity employer.
