About the Role

As Cybersecurity Consultant within our Governance, Risk and Compliance Service Line, you will deliver Consultancy and Project work to external customers and internal Datacom teams. You will work with new and existing customers to understand their business, their security requirements and help lead them to an outcome that delivers value and ensures their ongoing success.

We’re looking for passion, ambition, and a depth and breadth of core knowledge as well as the adaptability to ever changing market demands.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Development of Governance, Risk and Compliance products and services that Datacom Cybersecurity will deliver to the market, with a focus on PCI-DSS
  • Understand customer needs to effectively develop and Implement Cybersecurity Goals, Objectives, Strategies, Policies, Standards and Processes
  • Design and implement end to end Risk Management and Incident Response programmes
  • Perform PCI-DSS Discovery and develop, guide, and support Remediation programmes
  • Identify legal, regulatory and compliance obligations such as Privacy Legislation, AU/NZISM, and ISO27001:2013/2022, and identify pragmatic measures to embed these requirements into a wider governance framework to manage and maintain compliance
  • Work with technical teams to identify and apply appropriate and effective technical solutions to manage risk and meet compliance obligations
  • Identify and develop new Datacom Cybersecurity services that we can take to market that will enhance our offerings and support our customers

What You’ll Bring

  • Knowledge to a high degree of Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management and be able to converse with a diverse range of customer and company staff and be a thought leader in their field
  • PCI-DSS Discovery and Remediation experience
  • QSA Qualification or previous ISA Registration
  • ISO 27001 implementation, assessment and remediation planning
  • Security products and risk background
  • Experience in IT outsourcing or professional services organisations
  • Significant experience in the Cybersecurity industry, in particular the provision of consulting and GRC services
  • Experience in an organisation driven by service, delivery, and outcomes
  • Disciplined and structured approach to Cybersecurity governance
  • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work and communications
  • Experience in Service Management/ ITIL
  • Technical and/ or architectural professional qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role/ Senior Risk or Compliance capacity.
