Your Purpose 

The SOC Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating three subunits, Continuous Monitoring, Threat Management and Incident Response. This role is accountable for the outcomes of the subunits, by maintaining the adequate operations and improving their processes.

As a people-oriented position, the SOC Lead needs to take care of the growth and specialization of their reporters, understanding and working hard to keep as high as possible the team's morale

Who You Are 

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection. [Keep this sentence here at the top]

• 2+ years of experience acting as a leader in SOC, CSIT, CERTs, CDC or similar.
• 24x7 Availability.
• Solid experience leading Incident Response teams.
• Solid experience working with SIEM or similar technologies.
• Solid experience working with Endpoint Security technologies.
• Solid knowledge in Threat management.
• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with containerization technologies.
• Desired if you previously have led or contributed in the creation of a SOC, CSIRT, CDC or similar from scratch.
• Proven English fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do 

• Act as a lead for a security multidisciplinary team.
• Grow almost from scratch the SOC.
• Coordinate the security incident response team.
• Development and improvement of processes and procedures.
• Effectively communicate with the upper management and non-technical related business units.
