We are looking for a self-drive professional as part of our security engineering and automation team. Exciting and interesting opportunity to solve problems at the interjection of security, operations, and availability. In this role, you will be working towards automation of security in the devops environment and build tools / rules for security monitoring and detection for our cloud environment. We expect you to leverage and contribute to open source initiatives for cloud security. Roles & Responsibilities:Engage with the devops team to integrate security in the CI/CD pipeline.Define the processes, practices, and tools enabling CI/CD, maximising the speed, security, and quality of product delivery.Primary responsibility is to focus on strengthening the security posture in pre-deployment through SAST, SCA, & DAST.Develop tools / rules to build detection techniques for cloud environments. Leverage both commercial and open source technologies to build the solutions. Analyse and integrate latest security trends, publications, and researches pertaining to defending against cyber attacks. Ensure adequate compliance to regulatory laws and best practices around information securityBuild a collaborative, happy, & growth environment for team members. Experience Required:5+ Years of experience in the space of cybersecurity. Working knowledge in AWS or any other cloud environment. Prior experience in integration of security in CI/CD pipeline (SAST,SCA,& DAST). Hands-on experience in container security. Built and designed security tools for DevOps environment.Good working knowledge in scripting / programming languages such as python / Go / Java. Good knowledge and experience in enumerating and exploiting well-know layer 7 attacks.
