Responsible for program/s or multiple projects from start to finish. Inspires confidence in the team, interacts with senior management, and the business community implementing the project solution. Efforts to improve existing processes or programs and design new systems or processes as required. Advocates for Operational Excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

    • Planning and execution of a dedicated program or moderately complex or multiple projects.
    • Reviewing and fully understanding all program/project requirements (business and technical).
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as coordinating across functions, internally and externally, to ensure delivery within scope, budget & schedule.
    • Developing and documenting business processes. Evaluating business processes and identifying areas where efficiencies may be gained.
    • Developing and implementing solutions to gain efficiencies.
    • Send payments status notifications to each customer.
    • Follow-up on billing customer emails.
    • Handle escalations made by customer.
    • Calls to clarify consumptions reflected in invoices.
    • Onsite meetings.
    • Support Sales meetings.
    • Follow-up on collections.

Knowledge

    • Strong knowledge of coordinating and monitoring projects/programs from initiation through delivery.
    • Strong knowledge of all areas of business operations and organizational interactions.
    • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills.
    • Trained in project methodologies or comparable industry experience.
    • Experienced in development of project/program planning elements, to include scheduling, resourcing, communication and implementation of plans.
    • Financial skills to develop track and report on the project budget.
    • Ability to develop, maintain, and report on schedules in MS Project.
    • Skilled in risk analysis, project reporting and tracking.
    • Experience with industry-recognized project management methodology and tools.
    • Skilled with managing matrixed project/program teams in diverse environments.
    • Proficient with Visio and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Creative thinking and ability to 'think outside the box' are ESSENTIAL.
    • Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.
    • Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations. Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.

Skills

    • Demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support.
    • Fluency reading, writing and speaking English at a technical/business level.
    • Operates under minimal supervision.
    • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years project/program management experience required.
    • Project certification is a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc).
